What Is the Mothers Ministry

The Mothers Ministry is a group of Senior, Serious Praying Women with a burden and a desire to encourage and inspire younger women that their highest calling and purpose is to live for walk in the image of Christ. We are a group of spiritual advisors to the Pastor, and a group who prays daily for the needs and well- being of GBF.

Our Foundation for Serving
We take our directives for our vision, mission, and serving from the Word of God: Titus 2:3-5; Proverbs 14:1; and 1 Peter 3:1-6. The Women who serve in the Mothers' Ministry are appointed by the Pastor, only.

What We Do

We cover the Pastor and His Family in prayer daily.

Care, nurture, counsel, and pray for members who are experiencing bereavement, illness, spiritual warfare, conflict, challenges, and other areas that could affect and afflict their spiritual growth.

Mothers of Grace prepare Communion for the body of believers and assist with the Baptism candidates and counsel them prior to Worship Service.

Bring peace to situations that are currently in disarray or reveal a spirit of discord.
Assist in the spiritual maturity of members by supporting their protection from false teachings and doctrines to ensure their pursuit of overcoming and victorious lives.
Train the younger women how to walk and conduct themselves in and outside the church and mentor young ladies who become pregnant outside of wedlock.
