The Health and Wellness Ministry mission is to promote preventive health measures in order to encourage our congregation to maintain good health by illustrating the importance of regular screenings, proper diet and exercise, health education and prayer.
Our purpose is to help our congregation attain, maintain or regain the best possible health and wellness of their individual mind, body and spirit.
